Delivery Times

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes and any additional clearance fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Returns can be arranged using a tracked postal service or courier of your choice, at your own expense.

Alternatively, TOMMAZO can arrange a DHL Express return label upon request. The applicable shipping cost will be communicated in advance and deducted from your refund.
