Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Returns are free of charge in Cyprus only.
For international orders, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. Please note that for countries outside the European Union which are subject to taxes and customs duties, only DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) returns will be accepted. All returns delivered without the DDP option will be refused and returned to sender.
